All shipping is with Australia post 

• Our standard delivery for all orders under $95 is $12
• All orders over $95 will have free shipping included 
• Our express option for delivery is $16

• All orders are shipped out within 1-2 days after order date 
• the average shipping time for Australia Post standard parcel is around 6 business days 
• Tracking will be sent to the purchasers email when the products have been posted 

• We currently do not offer shipping outside of Australia 
• Please contact us or subscribe to our newsletter for updates when your country will become available 

• If you are not completely satisfied with our product you can return it within 14 days for a full refund 
• Returned goods must be unused/unburned and with packaging undamaged 
• Please allow up to 9 business days for us to confirm the return of the order before a refund is issued 
• Please note buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

• If our product was damaged in transit please take photos and contact us immediately with an email at [email protected]
• We will be more then happy to replace the damaged product and ensure that it arrives safely 
• You will need to send the order back to us and once we have received the damaged product we will sent out a replacement 
• We will cover return postage fee 

• Once the product has been returned and inspected we will send you an email to confirm that a refund has been sent
